Slapfish Now OPEN in Irvine, CA

When I thought it couldn't get any better with the Slapfish Laguna Beach location, they opened a spot in Irvine at the town center across from my alma mater, UC Irvine. I attended a media tasting before their grand opening and tasted menu staples as well as items specific to the location. This location has the 'Anteater Burger', an Angus beef patty, fried sweet shrimp, and a chunky lobster sauce; as well as the 'Hot Pop Fish Bites', fried fish nuggets with a sweet and sour kind of sauce. Hello Kitty Cafe Truck at the Irvine Spectrum Center on 5/23

After my younger brother's graduation BBQ this past Saturday, I still had time to run over to the Irvine Spectrum to stop by the Hello Kitty Cafe Truck to grab some treats with my friend Jen and boyfriend Scott. The truck had been posted up since 10am in front of the Giant Ferris Wheel (which is currently being renovated, but I've seen the new lights at night and they look phenomenal) and serving up Hello Kitty sweets until 9pm. The lemonade had sold old by the time we got there, but Jen got macarons and donuts and Scott and I picked up donuts. If you live in the OC, did you stop by the Hello Kitty truck? As well, this Saturday 5/30, the Fashion Island Shopping Center in Newport Beach will be hosting a Saturday Style Pop-Up from 2-4pm in which the stores Seafolly, Trina Turk, and Rebecca Taylor will have in-store activities and shopping incentives. I won't be able to stop by for the fashion fun because I'll be in Vegas for the weekend, but if you can make it definitely stop by!

I am addicted to her carefree, but chic style; she is beyond supportive of all my endeavors, and inspiring on so many levels that I push myself harder to achieve my wildest dreams. PJ SALVAGE Valentine Preview 2015

PJ Salvage, a so cal based pajama, loungewear, and intimates label invited bloggers to a Valentine's Preview Luncheon in which lunch from Veggie Grill was provided along with juice and cocktails from Ritual Wellness, aromatherapy and wellness treatments from Daily Spa Living, manicures by The Nail Truck and a goody bag for each blogger filled with items from Woodzee, Nila Anthony, Pure Plant Home, The Wine and Chocolate Workout, and of course PJ Salvage. I had fun taking a look and feeling the newest styles in PJs, robes (there were many fluffy, cozy styles I wanted them all), thermal loungewear, home goods; and in the cutest prints and colors ways. It was also fun getting to meet the face of PJ Salvage, the darn cutest French Bulldog, Lily; her fave spot to lounge was in The Nail Truck airstream, but I was able to snap a pic with her, see below!
